Former Biomedical Civil Engineering student and Master in Electrical Engineering Miguel Guevara, was awarded the “Merit Abstract Travel Stipend” by the “Organization for the Human Brain Mapping” in the context of the 23rd version of its Annual Conference (OHBM 2017, https://www.humanbrainmapping.org/i4a/pages/index.cfm?pageID=3734), by his work titled “Cortex surface parcellation based on short association white matter bundles”. This acknowledgment is given to the best qualified papers, taking into account the hard work and quality science shown in them.
The conference will be held June 25th to the 29th at Vancouver, Canada, where Miguel will present his work.
